Lindsay Velozo
OWNER - DIRECTOR - CHOREOGRAPHER
Lindsay Velozo is the owner of MTA, and the co-director/co-choreographer of Marquee Theatre Productions, Inc. Lindsay has been featured in productions in the area since she was 4 years old. Her passion for the arts has only grown over time, and she is very grateful to work for a company that allows her to continue living her passion daily. Lindsay is also the manager & a wedding consultant at Slade Formalwear. She taught second grade for 8 years; holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, and master’s degree in Special Education. Her love for working with children is something that helps her keep this company going. Lindsay believes that with kindness, hard work, and an open mind, almost anything is possible. Lindsay has worked hard to ensure that MTA is a place of inclusivity, dedication, and most importantly love. She is very excited to continue working hard to continue making magic on stage and to continue building the Marquee family!

Kelsey Bezanson
DIRECTOR - CHOREOGRAPHER
Kelsey Bezanson is the codirector/co-choreographer of Marquee Theatre Productions, Inc. Her love for acting and the arts started at a very young age, and has continued to grow through the years. Kelsey has had the pleasure to work with and learn from many different local theater companies, which has helped to shape her into the director she is today. Kelsey is a full time x-ray technologist, and although she loves her job, teaching theater arts to the next generation is her true passion. She is thankful to be a part of a company that creates a meaningful theatrical experience for all students. Kelsey believes in the philosophy that while we teach, we learn, and she is eager to keep learning from the great people, families and students of Marquee.

Mark Velozo
PRODUCER
Mark Velozo has been producing youth and family theatre for 17 years. Mark is the founder and producer of Marquee Theatre Productions, Inc. He started Marquee with the intention of raising the level of community theatre in the South Coast area. Little did he know he was building so much more. On December 5th, 2013, Mark won a Theatre Achievement award from his mentor Armand Marchand and New Bedford Festival Theatre for "Outstanding Creativity in Raising The Standards of Community Musicals". The Marquee Family has grown tremendously since 2009, and is still continuing to grow every year. Mark has also been the owner of Slade Formalwear for over 25 years. His professional nature and expertise in the business field has had a significant impact on the company's success. Mark believes in respect, hard work, dedication, and inclusivity. All of these qualities are represented by this company and the hard working staff at MTA. Mark is proud of everything that Marquee has accomplished and is very proud of Lindsay and Kelsey for taking what he started to a whole new level. The sky's the limit!

Adam Turcotte
MUSIC DIRECTOR
Adam Turcotte is the Music Director of Marquee Theatre Productions, Inc., and Marquee Theater Academy. Adam has been a part of the Marquee family since 2014 and has been the Music Director since 2020. He has performed with various theater companies in greater Fall River since 2010. Outside of rehearsal, Adam works as the School Nurse at Espírito Santo Parochial School as well as a Registered Chemotherapy Certified Nurse at Charlton Memorial Hospital. Additionally, Adam serves as the Director of Music and Liturgy at Transfiguration of the Lord Parish in North Attleborough. There, he is the director of two choirs, and is the principal organist and cantor at their weekend masses and special liturgies. With music being such a huge part of his life, Adam is excited to share his passion with the students of MTA and is very excited to strengthen the Marquee Family!

Erin Scott
STAGE MANAGER - WEB DESIGNER
Erin Scott is the stage manager and production assistant at Marquee Theatre Academy. She has been involved in the arts since she was 5 years old, and has been a part of the Marquee family since 12 years old. Joining this company all those years ago, she never imagined where it would take her. She had an eight year run as a performer on stage, and then officially joined the production team in 2023. Outside of the studio, Erin is a business owner of FIREBYRD, a store she started at just 16 years old, and a wedding consultant at Slade Formalwear. Erin is incredibly grateful for everything MTA has done for her. She has grown immensely as a person, and continues to grow every day. She has always loved working with children, so being able to share her love of the arts by teaching kids in theater is a dream. Erin is extremely happy to be a part of the team, and is very excited to be on the other side of the productions!
