In this class, students will be introduced to all things musical theatre. Students will be learning the basics of rhythm, movement, voice, and acting. Children will learn stage directions, use props, play theatrical games, and learn introductory dance combinations in order to learn all aspects of drama at their level.

Acting and Characterization
(10 - 18 years old)
Wednesdays 6:00-7:00pm

Acting and Characterization will explore the basics of the body, voice, and the imagination. Students will build their acting and communication skills through fun games, skill-building exercises, and scene work. Students will dive into improvisation, study and perform monologues, and focus on character creation and development.

Intro to Theatrical Jazz
(10 - 18 years old)
Wednesdays 7:00-8:00pm

In this class, students will build their dancing skills and knowledge through musical theatre jazz movement. Students will learn the basics of dance, while also learning how to make stylistic choices with their movement when performing. Many different fun show tunes from your favorite musicals will help keep this class fun and upbeat.
